Terms of service

The service

Proofsy provides artwork proofing, feedback, revision, and client approval tools. Proofsy is not a project-management platform or a permanent file-storage service. Files are automatically deleted after your plan’s retention period.

Your content

You retain all rights to the artwork you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share uploaded content with your reviewers. We only process your content to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful content, malware, or executable files, and you must not attempt to access other workspaces’ data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Downgrading may re-apply Free plan limits, including file retention of seven days.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proofsy is not liable for loss of files after their published expiry date, or for indirect or consequential loss.
